Paddling tour 2017
In July 2017, Kevin and Philipp completed 200 kilometers on the Elbe River in a red inflatable canoe from Schöna on the Czech border to Elster (Elbe).
With this action they were able 600.00 euros collect for Sonnenstrahl eV in Dresden.
In addition to the physical challenge, the paddling trip was overshadowed by a surprise thunderstorm, forcing the two to paddle 70 kilometers on the second day. This is a significant challenge for inexperienced paddlers.
Nevertheless, this adventure was filled with many impressions and joy. The trip culminated in a benefit concert at the Protestant church in Elster.
